CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in insurance to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for a policy-based project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support clients by handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and managing claims with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Qualificações

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and English (B2) proficiency required.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, diplomatic and solution oriented approach to queries.
• Eligible to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers about insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the policy administration system.
• Compose and send emails and letters with contract documents and policy information.
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal tools.
• Support policy changes, payments, claims submissions and cancellations.
