TeamViewer Germany GmbH is seeking a proactive sales professional to expand relationships with customers through calls, emails, and chats. You will identify cross-sell opportunities and promote the full TeamViewer product platform, negotiating contracts to achieve monthly targets.

In this role, you will collaborate with Customer Support and Retention to ensure top-tier service. You bring a track record in competitive sales and a strong, proactive communication style in an international team

Formación

• Native level of English is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in a competitive sales environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in IT or SaaS environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and expand business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone, e-mail and chat.
• Identify cross- and up-sell potentials and promote the entire TeamViewer product platform.
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while maintaining records of activities to meet monthly goals.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Retention to ensure high service satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and market conditions.
