The candidate will manage appointments, billing queries, and privacy compliance while supporting medical software and telehealth platforms. A background in healthcare admin is advantageous.

Qualificações

• Native German (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU/EEA passport or valid Portuguese permit required.
• Experience in customer support or medical admin is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Patient & Client Assistance: Provide empathetic, professional support to German-speaking patients and providers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Administrative Management: Coordinate medical appointments, handle intake docs, billing/insurance queries, and update health records.
• Technical & Product Support: Assist users with medical software platforms, telehealth portals, or health devices.
• Compliance & Care: Ensure privacy (GDPR) and high-quality service during sensitive healthcare interactions.
