CBT in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist patients and healthcare professionals with vital guidance. You will communicate in German (C2) and English (C1) as needed, handling inquiries across phone, email, and chat, while upholding high service standards.

The role requires rotating shifts with weekend coverage, a monthly salary of €1,100 gross (14 months), and a relocation-friendly environment. Training is provided to ensure success.

• Guide users through troubleshooting and general usage while ensuring quality standards.
• Collaborate with Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.
