CBTalents.org in Porto, Portugal, is hiring for a German-speaking customer service role. Expect rotative shifts from early morning to evening, with 2 days off weekly. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, guiding users with empathy and clarity.

Advanced English (C1) is required for training and internal communication. The company offers relocation support and a welcome bonus, with a base salary of €1,100 gross per month (14 months) plus daily meal allowance.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service in German (C2), with support in English (C1) when required.
• Handle inquiries, user doubts, and service requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy, clarity, and precision.
• Guide users through troubleshooting and general usage while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Work in close collaboration with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.

Work Schedule

• Rotative shifts – Monday to Sunday, 7 am – 10 pm
• 2 days off weekly (rotative, provided 1 month in advance)
• Night shift premium – at least +25% hourly rate (in line with Portuguese labor law)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (14 months)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day (:€167.86/month)
• Welcome Bonus: €1500 will be paid in 12months
