Our Client in Lisbon seeks a customer service specialist fluent in German and English to be the first contact for gaming industry inquiries. You will resolve queries, own customer requests, and uphold data security while contributing to high customer satisfaction metrics.

The role emphasizes first-contact resolution and teamwork, requiring strong communication and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Prior call center experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• German language proficiency (C2) required.
• English proficiency (B2) minimum.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and first-contact resolutions;
• Take ownership of customer requests and follow through.
• Deliver experiences that meet or exceed department goals as measured by surveys.
• Handle contacts that require core and advanced skills.
• Maintain partner and customer information confidentiality at all times.
• Mentor teammates to help achieve departmental goals.
