Our Client in Lisbon seeks a customer service specialist fluent in German and English to be the first contact for gaming industry inquiries. You will resolve queries, own customer requests, and uphold data security while contributing to high customer satisfaction metrics.

The role emphasizes first-contact resolution and teamwork, requiring strong communication and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Prior call center experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• German language proficiency (C2) required.
• English proficiency (B2) minimum.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

What you'll do

• Provide customer inquiries with timely and accurate responses and first contact resolutions;
• Take personal ownership of customer requests and maintain accountability for follow-through;
• Provide exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed departmental goals as measured through customer surveys;
• Handle customer contacts that require core and advanced skills;
• Maintain our partner’s internal information and customer/account information secure and confidential;
• Consistently implement management mentoring to reach departmental goals.

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2);
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
• High school diploma (or equivalent);
• Player and support oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others;
• Passion for video games and mobile applications;
• Experience in telephone customer service/call center environment (preferred);
• Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
