Ersilia is recruiting a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an exciting gaming project based in Lisbon. You will interact with players worldwide and handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, delivering a high-quality support experience.

You will assist with account management, logins, payments, and product setup, while documenting interactions and following procedures. This office-based role includes onboarding, relocation support, and private health insurance.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in French.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for gaming, technology, and consumer electronics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
• Assist players with account management, login, and payment-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving gaming consoles, software, and connected devices.
• Guide customers through product setup, installation, synchronization, and troubleshooting.
• Document customer interactions and follow internal support procedures.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary with timely follow-up.
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience in every interaction.
