As part of the role, you will prepare customs documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely clearance of shipments. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and German, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment.
• Checking if all customs documentation is completed correctly.
• Contacting clients by email to provide missing or unclear information for customs clearance.
• Ensuring accurate input of shipment information into appropriate systems.
• Producing and validating customs data and paperwork for compliance standards.
• Ensuring accuracy within a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
