FedEx Express México is seeking a skilled candidate to join their customs team in Portugal. As part of the role, you will prepare customs documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely clearance of shipments. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and German, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment.
• Checking if all customs documentation is completed correctly.
• Contacting clients by email to provide missing or unclear information for customs clearance.
• Ensuring accurate input of shipment information into appropriate systems.
• Producing and validating customs data and paperwork for compliance standards.
• Ensuring accuracy within a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment.

• Ensuring the correct identification and accurate input of shipment information into appropriate systems.
• Producing and validating customs data and paperwork to support the achievement of regulatory and internal compliance standards and to ensure timely clearance.
• Ensuring accuracy within a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English (B2‑C1) and German (B2‑C1) – German is required.
• Team player with a can‑do attitude.
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Task oriented with good time management.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to make independent decisions based on expertise.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
