PTJ Fedex Express Portugal, Unip., Lda is seeking a Clearance Broker to work with Customs to ensure on-time clearance and compliant processing of shipments. You will interact with clients by email to obtain missing information and input data accurately into the systems.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German, have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualificações

• Fluent English (B2–C1).
• Fluent German (B2–C1).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare customs entry documentation based on shipment paperwork.
• Check that all customs documents are complete and accurate.
• Email clients to obtain missing or unclear information for customs clearance.
• Ensure correct identification and input of shipment data into systems.
• Produce and validate customs data and paperwork for compliance and timely clearance.
• Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
