FedEx Logistics in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Clearance Broker to join our Customs Clearance team on a hybrid basis. You will review shipments data, prepare accurate clearance declarations, and liaise with customers and authorities to ensure compliance.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Dutch (B2-C1), team-oriented, and able to manage deadlines with strong communication, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. We offer training, career growth, and employee benefits.

Formación

• Good understanding of Dutch (spoken and written).
• Team working skills in a busy office environment.
• Experience or knowledge of clearance principles and regulatory requirements.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail with sound numerical decisions under deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good PC skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review shipments data to understand customer and regulatory requirements.
• Use in-house systems to create accurate clearance declarations.
• Contact customers or government agencies to clarify information when needed.
• Resolve routine customer and customs disputes.
• Build relationships with customers to select appropriate clearance services.
• Work within tight time frames in a busy office environment.
