FedEx Logistics is seeking a Clearance Broker in Porto to work with Customs, ensure on-time clearance, and maintain compliance. You will communicate with clients, input shipment data, and support timely processing of transactions in a multinational environment.

• Fluent in English (B2–C1) and German (B2-C1).

Responsibilities

• Preparing customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment.
• Checking if all customs documentation is completed correctly.
• Contacting clients by email to provide any missing information for customs clearance.
• Ensure the correct identification and input of shipment information into systems.
• Produce and validate customs data and paperwork to meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Ensuring accuracy within a fast-paced goal oriented environment.
