You will respond to inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media, build positive relationships, and resolve issues with clear, polite communication. English (B2) and German (C2) are required, and you should be ready to learn new software and work as part of a supportive team.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent in German (C2) and English (B2)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and communication skills matter most
• Strong verbal and written skills across phone, email, chat, and social media
• Tech-competent and able to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot common queries
• Detail-oriented, organized, and team-spirited
