Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Porto, Portugal, seeks a German-speaking customer support agent to serve German and English markets onsite. You will operate on a 24/7 rotational schedule, including occasional night shifts, delivering empathetic, solution-focused service to resolve inquiries.

The role requires fluent German and advanced English, with strong problem-solving and listening skills. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates, and the position includes a monthly base salary

Qualificações

• Fluent German (verbal and written).
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate to advanced (C1).
• Strong problem-solving, stress management, and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of information with detail orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer support across German and English-speaking markets simultaneously.
• Work dynamic 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, 2 days off per week). Occasional night shifts (22:00–07:00) may be required.
• Resolve customer disputes, manage inquiries, and deliver empathetic, solution-oriented service.
