Join an international customer support team in Porto, Portugal, providing high-quality assistance to customers in a healthcare-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented when handling sensitive or urgent customer situations.

Key Job Details

Location: Porto, Portugal — On-site

Salary: €1,000 gross/month × 14 salaries + €7.63 per working day

Working Schedule: Monday to Sunday — 24/7 rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day)

Days Off: 2 rotating days per week

Accommodation Support: For candidates relocating to Porto from outside Portugal, accommodation support available in a shared residence, with a convenient contribution deducted from salary.

As a French & English-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers while ensuring a professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer experience.

You will handle customer inquiries, identify their needs, provide clear and accurate information, and support them in resolving issues effectively. The role requires the ability to manage detailed information and remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging or urgent situations.
