Job summary
A Cbt, com sede em Porto, procura um/a Customer Support Specialist com Alemão (C2) e Inglês (C1) para apoiar pacientes e profissionais de saúde.
O trabalho compreende atendimento por telefone, email e chat, horários rotativos das 7h às 22h, 2 folgas semanais e um salário base de 1.100€ brutos/mês (14 meses), subsídio de alimentação e um welcome bonus de 1.500€ pago ao fim de 12 meses, com apoio de relocation.
Qualifications
- Fluência em alemão (C2) é essencial.
- Inglês avançado (C1) para comunicação interna.
Responsibilities
- Fornecer atendimento ao cliente excepcional em alemão via telefone, email e chat.
- Apoiar clientes, cuidadores e profissionais de saúde com empatia e clareza.
- Orientar utilizadores em solução de problemas e uso geral mantendo padrões de qualidade.
- Colaborar com o Team Leader para assegurar excelência operacional.

Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Support Specialist, where your role goes beyond standard support—you'll be assisting patients and healthcare professionals with vital solutions and guidance.
- Provide outstanding customer service in German (C2), with support in English (C1) when required.
- Handle inquiries, user doubts, and service requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy, clarity, and precision.
- Guide users through troubleshooting and general usage while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Work in close collaboration with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.
- Rotative shifts – Monday to Sunday, 7 am – 10 pm
- 2 days off weekly (rotative, provided 1 month in advance)
- Night shift premium – at least +25% hourly rate (in line with Portuguese labor law)
- Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (14 months)
- Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day (~€167.86/month)
- Welcome Bonus: €1500 will be paid in 12 months
- Fluency in German (C2) – essential.
- Advanced English (C1) – for internal communication and training.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.

- Prior experience in customer service or support is a plus, but not required—comprehensive training is provided!
