Hiring International Academy, based in Lisbon, Portugal (On-site), is hiring for a German-speaking customer support role. The position offers a base of €1,100 per month (14 salaries) plus bonuses and allowances, with relocation support to Lisbon and full training.

Start: ASAP. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, work in an international team, and join a structured 24/7 environment with ongoing coaching and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C2) and English (B2+) required.
• Candidates must be customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and a problem-solving mindset required.
• Must already live in Portugal or be willing to relocate
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
