Job summary

Personalbuero U Herrmann is seeking an experienced customer service professional fluent in German or Dutch and English (B2). The role involves handling calls, chats, and emails, and building strong customer relationships. You will use MS Office and product knowledge to resolve inquiries and document interactions.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement after a probation period, with relocation support and a generous leave policy to help you settle in.

Qualifications

• Native/Fluent in German or Dutch and fluent in English (at least B2).
• Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in customer services experience.
• Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.
• Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products.
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice.
