Eco Plus Solutions AB in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our growing global team. You will be the voice of a recognized leader in home appliances and consumer tech, delivering top-tier assistance to German-speaking clients.

The role starts with in-person training, then moves to a flexible hybrid work model. You will resolve inquiries, diagnose issues, and log all interactions into our CRM while pursuing ongoing learning and career advancement.

Qualificações

We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented German-Speaking Customer Support Specialists to become part of our growing global team based in Lisbon, Portugal. In this position, you will serve as the voice of a globally recognized leader in home appliances and consumer tech, offering top-tier assistance to German-speaking clients.

Note: This position starts with initial in-person training before moving to a flexible hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Resolve incoming calls, emails, and live chats concerning product features, warranty coverage, deliveries, setups, and account orders.
• Problem Diagnosis: Identify technical issues with smart appliances and devices, offering clear instructions to fix problems or escalating cases to specialized technical departments.
• Record Keeping: Log all client interactions and solutions accurately into our CRM system to maintain consistent service quality.
• Brand Representation: Keep up to date on new releases, smart home innovations, and company standards to deliver empathetic, high-quality assistance.
• Ongoing Learning: Attend paid continuous learning workshops to stay ahead of new product rollouts, technical guidelines, and service workflows.

Candidate Requirements

• Languages: Fluent (C1/C2 level) German capability, combined with strong functional English skills (B2 level).
• Location: Currently living in Lisbon or fully equipped to relocate to Portugal on your own.
• Interpersonal Skills: A patient, optimistic, and client-centric attitude paired with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Digital Literacy: Skilled at using online tools, management software, and handling multi-screen workstations.
• Preferred Experience: Prior work history in customer support, retail, tech, or hospitality—plus an interest in personal electronics is an added advantage!

Working Hours & Lifestyle

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, spread across 5 working days.
• Shifts: Rotating shift patterns assigned exclusively between 07:00 and 17:00.

Pay & Perks

• Base Pay: €1,450 gross per month (distributed over 14 payments per year, including mandatory Portuguese summer and holiday bonuses).
• Language Bonus: Extra €150 monthly stipend for utilizing your German language skills.
• Incentive Bonus: Earn up to €100 extra per month based on meeting target quality metrics.
• Daily Meal Stipend: €7 per working day (adding roughly €140–€150 tax-free to your monthly take-home pay).

Relocation Guidelines
