Eco Plus Solutions AB in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a German-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support German-speaking customers for a world-renowned brand. The role starts with on-site training and transitions to a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities include handling queries via phone, email, and live chat; troubleshooting home appliances; logging interactions in the CRM; and upholding brand ambassador standards. Five days a week, 07:00–17:00 shifts, with a vibrant Lisbon setting.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and solid English (B2) proficiency.

In this role, you will represent a world-renowned global household appliance and consumer electronics brand, delivering exceptional support to its German-speaking customers.

Note: This position begins with on-site training and transitions to a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Manage incoming queries via phone, email, and live chat regarding product details, warranties, shipping, installations, and orders.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with home appliances and electronics, delivering clear, step-by-step solutions or coordinating with technical service teams.
• Data & Case Management: Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system to guarantee seamless, continuous service.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Stay informed on product updates, smart home technology, and corporate values to assist every customer with empathy and professionalism.
• Skill Development: Engage in ongoing paid training sessions to master upcoming product releases, technical specifications, and service standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Fluent (C1/C2) German, alongside solid professional working proficiency (B2) in English.
• Location: Based in Lisbon or fully prepared to relocate to Portugal independently.
• Communication: Patient, positive, customer-focused approach with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using digital platforms, CRM databases, and multi-screen tools.
• Bonus Assets: Background in customer service, retail, technology, or hospitality—along with a interest in consumer electronics is a plus!

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Working Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
• Shift Window: Rotating shifts scheduled strictly between 07:00 and 17:00.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,450 gross per month (distributed across 14 annual payments, including standard Portuguese summer and Christmas bonuses).
• Language Allowance: €150 monthly allowance for your German skills.
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 monthly KPI bonus linked to quality and performance metrics.
• Meal Allowance: €7 per working day (~€140-€150 net additional monthly).
