Linde Saude, LDA is seeking a Billing Agent who is fluent in German to support billing operations from Porto. The role involves handling client documentation, resolving billing issues, and ensuring invoices conform to instructions and monthly targets.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in backoffice roles, strong Excel skills, and a data-driven, problem-solving mindset. English or Portuguese language skills are also valued.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German is mandatory.
• Bachelor-level degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in backoffice roles or similar.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and data handling abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and data interpretation capability.

Responsabilités

• Manage client documentation for billing purposes and resolve billing issues.
• Ensure monthly billing targets are met.
• Verify and validate invoices generated per instructions and monthly objectives.
• Verify and validate data entry accuracy in the system.
• Organize documents for delivery to patients and clients and support the commercial team.
• Contact patients to remind them of prescription validity and renewal deadlines.
• Prepare, analyze, and validate client reports.
