Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an AI Success Strategist who will own end-to-end AI roadmap delivery for strategic customers. You will align Product, Services, Sales, and Partners to scale AI programs while driving adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Customer Success / Experience, 1+ year of AI related experience.
• GTM / go-to-customer experience in enterprise technology / SaaS roles.
• Experience using adoption and health analytics to forecast churn and expansion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or AI strategy certifications preferred.
• Experience designing and executing success plans or roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI roadmap delivery for key customers, aligning to business goals.
• Serve as design authority for AI deployments and coordinate with Professional Services, Product, and Engineering.
• Partner with executives to co-create a forward-looking AI strategy and trusted advisory role.
• Align internal teams to deliver on AI roadmaps and manage cross-functional delivery.
• Lead engagement delivery, risk identification, and milestone sequencing for sustained value.
