Creatio, an AI CRM and workflow platform, seeks an AI Consultant to help enterprises identify, design, and launch high-value AI agents with measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with AI engineers, product, and delivery teams to ensure agents are deployed and delivering ROI.

Based in Portugal, you will translate business problems into solution concepts, develop adoption roadmaps, and work across pre-sales, implementation, and adoption to accelerate AI strategy adoption.

Qualificações

• Experience in business analysis, process design, and value mapping to uncover opportunities.
• Familiarity with modern LLMs, AI agents, and automation; comfortable with APIs and integrations.
• Experience in customer-facing roles like Solution Consulting or AI Consulting.
• Hands-on design or deployment of AI-powered solutions or agents.
• Strong English communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and identify AI use cases.
• Prioritize AI use cases based on business impact and feasibility.
• Translate business problems into solution concepts and implementation proposals with success metrics.
• Design AI agent solutions and redefine workflows to remove repetitive work.
• Define AI agent integration with CRM, ERP, SaaS, APIs, and workflows.
• Prepare agent specifications and documentation for delivery teams.
