Zendesk is transforming customer service through AI. We’re seeking an experienced Lead, Product Strategy & Operations to partner with AI Agents Product leadership and drive data-informed strategy across cross-functional teams.

You’ll connect customer insights, product priorities, and business initiatives into a clear, actionable view, guiding decision-making and ensuring execution within existing Product Development programs while engaging with customers and stakeholders globally.

Qualificações

• Experience partnering with senior Product, Design, or Engineering leaders.
• Strong understanding of Product Development processes and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent organizational and operational skills with ability to clarify ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills translating feedback and data into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Create integrated view of AI Agents priorities and strategic decisions.
• Link customer insights to product strategy with data signals.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product Development, Go-to-Market, Data.
• Improve planning, discovery, launch, and customer-engagement processes.
• Identify friction, propose improvements, measure impact.
