Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists to act as Strategic Builders, defining AI strategy and shaping agentic solutions for enterprise customers. You will drive adoption, work with Forward Deployed Engineers, and translate complex challenges into deployable AI deployments that deliver measurable business value.

You’ll lead engagements end-to-end, oversee delivery milestones and governance, and partner with customers to maximize the impact of Salesforce’s AI and Data Cloud offerings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience is required.
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform, Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project and programme management skills in ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel 25% to customer sites; Portuguese and English speaker.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle.
• Define and roadmap AI strategy and architect solutions spanning Salesforce platform.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion within engagements.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers on strategy and execution.
• Develop real customer solutions with AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate business value.
• Assess customer readiness for AI adoption and guide change management.
• Translate field insights into actionable feedback for product roadmap.
