Job summary

smart-recruitments is seeking a German & English Customer Retention Specialist to support a global digital brand in a fully remote role across Portugal. You will drive loyalty, reduce churn and maximize customer lifetime value through proactive engagement and strategic upselling.

In this role, you will contact German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat, identify churn risks, promote features, handle objections, and deliver a premium journey that boosts engagement and revenue while

Qualifications

Fluent in German and English (C1/C2).
Experience in customer service, retention, or sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Commercial mindset with focus on results and KPIs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital environment.

Responsibilities
