The position is full-time with rotational 24/7 shifts, requiring native or fluent German and strong English, a valid tax ID in Portugal, reliable internet, and the ability to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in German (C1/C2) + strong Business English (B2+)
• Must reside in Portugal with legal right to work (Tax ID / NIF & Social Security)
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first, empathetic mindset
• Comfortable with 24/7 rotative shift schedules
• Reliable high-speed home internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and live chat in German and English.
• Assist customers with digital service platforms, account queries, and technological features.
• Ensure highest customer satisfaction (CSAT) by delivering empathetic, accurate, and prompt solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case details in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical support and team leaders to resolve complex customer inquiries effectively.
