Job summary

Cloudheight Solutions is hiring a German-speaking customer support specialist to work remotely from mainland Portugal. You will help customers via phone, email and chat with account, billing and service inquiries while ensuring a high-quality experience.

Fluency in German and English (C2) is required. You should be comfortable with digital tools, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. A permanent contract follows after a 6-month probation period.
