Cross Border Talents is seeking a German Customer Support Advisor for a fully remote role with a multinational technology firm. You will assist customers with orders, deliveries and returns, learning new processes in a digital environment and contributing to high satisfaction levels.

Requirements include fluency in German (C2) and EU work eligibility for Portugal. The role offers relocation assistance and private health insurance.

• Fluency in German (C2) both written and spoken.
• EU passport or work permit for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer support for inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Handle order-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to resolve complex order-related issues and escalations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Continuously strive to improve order support processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
