Carwow Group is seeking a hands-on People Operations Executive for Germany to own the end-to-end monthly payroll and serve as the trusted first point of contact for payroll, benefits, and lifecycle questions. You will work in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment to ensure accuracy and compliance across the German employee lifecycle.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a People Operations / HR administration/payroll role.
• Hands-on experience processing German payroll and working knowledge of German payroll regulations.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Attention to detail and high-volume, accurate administrative work.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end processing of monthly German payroll accurately and on time.
• Be the first point of contact for German payroll queries.
• Administer benefits programmes for German employees.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, leavers) for Germany.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate basic reports.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
