WorkMotion Software GmbH is a remote-first company enabling international hires. We seek an HR Operations Specialist to streamline onboarding and employee lifecycle across Europe. The role is remote, within CET +/- 2 hours, full-time, starting salary €25K gross per year.

You will partner with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and product teams to ensure compliant, efficient HR processes, deliver exceptional employee experiences, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in HR Operations or equivalent client-facing HR role.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HR compliance.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Support HR Operations across assigned countries and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal processes.
• Resolve HR queries and support key employment events.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners.
