Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Compensation and Analytics team. This role manages the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 600 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing.

The Payroll Specialist will oversee payroll processing, maintain files, data entry, and ensure adherence to labour laws. Reports to Head of Compensation and Analytics, with a focus on benchmarking, bonuses and efficiency improvements.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in payroll management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with uMan Expert software is a strong plus.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for ~600 employees.
• Maintain payroll files and time entry data; ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Support salary benchmarking, bonus plans, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance for payroll reporting and audits.
• Monitor data accuracy in HR, payroll, and time systems.
