Job summary

Atlean World in Lisbon seeks a German-speaking customer support specialist to assist pharmaceutical clients with insulin pump products. You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, and chat, guide customers through app connections, and document requests in the SAP CRM system.

Ideal candidates have native German language skills, good computer abilities, and excellent communication with a collaborative team spirit.

Qualifications

• Native level written and verbal German required.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts and hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about company products and services.
