Atlean World in Porto is seeking a Health Services Support Agent (German Speaker) to join our team. You will deliver frontline customer care and technical assistance for medical diabetes devices across European markets, helping patients and healthcare providers.

Fluent German and English are required, with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and accurate documentation. The role offers relocation support and a chance to grow in a fast‑growing, multicultural tech environment in Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer care and technical assistance for medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and empathetic support to patients across European markets.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices and accessories.
• Assist patients with product usage through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, SMS).
• Manage order intake, renewals, and documentation in compliance with guidelines.
• Apply active listening and empathy in sensitive situations.
• Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.

Requirements

• Fluent, verbal and written, in German and English.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
• Experience in technical support or healthcare-related fields is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
