Qualificações

• Proficient level of German (C1)
• Intermediate level of English (B1)
• Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
• Impeccable communication skills
• Calm, cool and level-headed under pressure
• Strong self-organization and initiative

Responsabilidades

• Respond efficiently and effectively to customer inquiries within set timescales
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of client products and services
• Log all calls and handle correspondence per procedures
• Maintain and update job-related administrative forms
• Recognize when to transfer a query to another department or senior staff
