Eugenia Talent is seeking a Customer Success Executive to engage with customers in German and English, handling inquiries via phone, email, Skype and chat, and turning interactions into lasting partnerships.

In this hybrid, full-time role based in the Lisbon area, you will upsell, provide product information, coordinate with internal teams, enter data, and act as an ambassador for the brand while delivering a high-touch multilingual service experience.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in English and fluency in German communication.
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, skype and chat;
• Maintain partnerships and use every upselling opportunity wisely!
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability;
• Record specific details & ensure actions taken on each and every case;
• Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs;
• Data entry in various platforms;
• Upselling and cross-selling techniques;
• Ensure all clients are aware of the company's innovations;
• Being an ambassador for the company.
