Cross Border Talents is seeking a German Customer Support Representative in Braga, Portugal. You will assist German-speaking customers through email, phone and live chat, ensuring swift and professional issue resolution while maintaining product knowledge and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Logistics and IT to improve the customer experience and contribute to achieving KPIs related to response times and resolution rates.

Qualificações

• Fluency in German (C1-C2) and proficient English (B2+).
• Previous experience in customer support or similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Empathy, patience and a customer-first attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to German inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Clarify issues, determine causes and find best solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services and policies.
• Document all interactions in the support system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics and IT to improve customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
