Job summary

Cloudheight Solutions in Portugal is hiring for a German-speaking remote Customer Support role. You will assist German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, handling account, billing, service and technical queries, delivering a top-notch experience.

The position offers 100% remote work in mainland Portugal, a permanent contract after 6 months, Monday to Friday shifts, paid training, private health insurance, and opportunities for growth in an international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English at C2 level.
