Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist for a Medical Devices Project in a hybrid setup. You will be the main contact for customers, handling product inquiries, orders, and account requests across multiple channels while upholding high service standards.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in German and English at C1 levels, have at least 1 year in customer support, and possess a proactive, detail-oriented mindset suitable for healthcare product services.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (C1) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product questions, orders, and account-related requests.
• Record interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Elevate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed.
• Meet quality, productivity, service-level, and CS targets.
