Job summary

Innopath Consulting Lda in Porto is seeking a Customer Specialist to join a diverse, international team. You will assist customers with inquiries about orders, accounts, products and services via phone, email, live chat, and other channels to deliver reliable support and a positive experience.

The role requires fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU or Portuguese eligibility, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Languages: fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and a practical problem-solving approach.
Customer-oriented, proactive, organised and detail-focused.
Motivation to develop professionally within the Travel industry.

Responsibilities

Handle inquiries related to orders, shipping and deliveries, payments, accounts, products and services.
Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable solutions based on individual needs.
Address complaints and challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Assist customers in navigating relevant systems, processes, products and service options.
Record customer interactions, requests and outcomes in internal databases and support tools.
Coordinate with other departments to investigate issues and resolve requests.
Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate feedback to improve service quality.
Stay informed about product updates, service offerings and company policies through training.
