Foundever is seeking a German-speaking customer service specialist to join our team in Lisbon. The role requires German proficiency (C1) and English (B1), plus a proactive, organized approach to handling customer inquiries and maintaining knowledge of our client’s gaming products.

Qualificações

• Proficient level of German (C1) is required.
• Intermediate level of English (B1) is required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit.
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Respond efficiently and effectively to all customers’ enquiries within given timescales.
• Develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of the client’s products and services.
• Deal with all correspondence as requested/required.
• Accurately log all calls and in line with procedures.
• Responsibly maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
• Be able to recognize when a problem/query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff.

As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
• Accurately log all calls and in line with procedures
• Responsibly maintain and update all job-related administrative forms
• Be able to recognize when a problem/query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Proficient level of German (C1)
• Intermediate level of English (B1)
• Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
• A calm, cool and level-headed attitude in every situation
• Excellent self-organizing skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to work on own initiative
• Ability to work under pressure, in order to achieve deadlines and KPI’s
• Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment and procedures
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel)
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
• €1,420 including complements + monthly performance bonus + quarterly bonus + signing bonus
