Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Back Office Content Moderator to review and process platform content in line with guidelines. This role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and process adherence rather than exposure to sensitive material.

You will validate content, apply internal policies, document actions in case systems, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Onsite work includes meal and transportation allowances, plus a relocation package to Portugal.

• Content Validation: Review and assess platform content, user requests, or system flags to ensure compliance with guidelines (non-sensitive content only).
• Policy Application: Apply internal rules and procedures consistently to maintain platform quality and reliability.
• Case Management: Document actions taken and update cases accurately in internal systems.
• Quality Control: Identify errors, inconsistencies, or potential improvements in workflows and elevate when needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and efficient resolution of cases.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with policy updates, tools, and process changes.
• Reporting & Feedback: Share observations and insights to help improve processes, tools, and overall efficiency.
