Cbtalents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a German Speaking Content Moderator for an on-site back-office role to help maintain platform integrity and comply with policies.

No prior experience required (up to 1 year is a plus); eligibility to work full-time in Portugal is essential. The position runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Relocation assistance including accommodation, full bureaucratic support to obtain your NIF and NISS, and a competitive salary with an annual bonus are offered.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or higher required.
• No prior experience required; up to 1 year in content moderation is a plus.
• Eligibility to work full-time in Portugal (EU ID / Residence Card).

Responsabilidades

• Review flagged accounts and reported content to assess compliance with platform policies.
• Decide whether accounts remain active or need to be blocked.
• Ensure legal requests are handled in line with regulations.
