The role requires C1 German, B2 English, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and strong communication and analytical skills. This onsite position offers a competitive salary, language bonus, meal and transportation allowances, and relocation support.

Responsabilidades

• Content Monitoring: Review videos, audio, comments and links to ensure they meet standards, removing inappropriate content.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure all content complies with platform guidelines, including images and titles.
• User Interaction: Handle user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation decisions.
• Compliance: Work with the team to meet industry regulations and ensure adherence.
• Trend Monitoring: Analyze emerging user behaviors and adapt moderation strategies to minimize risks.
• Process Optimization: Offer feedback to improve moderation tools and practices.
