Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a German Content Moderator on fixed shifts to help maintain safe online spaces. You will review content, address user appeals, and collaborate with the team to enforce guidelines.

The role requires C1 German, B2 English, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and strong communication and analytical skills. This onsite position offers a competitive salary, language bonus, meal and transportation allowances, and relocation support.

Responsibilities

Content Monitoring: Review videos, audio, comments and links to ensure they meet standards, removing inappropriate content.
Policy Enforcement: Ensure all content complies with platform guidelines, including images and titles.
User Interaction: Handle user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation decisions.
Compliance: Work with the team to meet industry regulations and ensure adherence.
Trend Monitoring: Analyze emerging user behaviors and adapt moderation strategies to minimize risks.
Process Optimization: Offer feedback to improve moderation tools and practices.
