Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Genesys On-Premises engineer to design, configure, test, and deploy contact center solutions, including routing, IVR/Composer, and reporting modules, for major organisations.

You will own voice infrastructure, migrate capabilities from Genesys On-Premise to newer platforms, develop frontend dashboards in React, and collaborate with global teams in English and French as a valued asset.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience with Genesys On-Premises, including framework routing, reporting, URS, and IVR development.
• Deep understanding of VoIP/telephony: SIP, RTP, SDP, SBCs (AudioCodes, Oracle).
• Experience with SQL databases (MSSQL, Oracle) for reporting, especially Genesys InfoMart.
• React.js (or Vue/Angular) for front-end UIs or agent dashboards; REST API/WebServices integration.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) as daily working language.
• French proficiency is a plus for collaboration with French-speaking teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Genesys On-Premises solutions (routing, IVR/Composer, reporting).
• Manage and act as SME for voice infrastructure (SIP trunks, SBCs, VoIP routers).
• Plan and execute migrations from Genesys On-Premises to Diabolocom.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex voice-routing issues and integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between telephony systems and CRM/databases.
• Contribute to frontend development of agent desktop interfaces using React and modern JS frameworks.
