Mama Shelter Lisbon is seeking a General Manager to lead our busy property with energy, heart and personality. You will guide a large team, balancing guest experience, financial performance and operational discipline to deliver a standout Mama experience in Lisbon.

You will be on the floor with your teams, driving service standards, revenue generation and cost control while representing the brand in the city and cultivating strong local partnerships.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a General Manager in hospitality.
• Experience leading a busy lifestyle hotel with restaurant and bar operations.
• Ability to manage a large team and align on standards and goals.
• Hands-on leader who stays involved with the team on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mama Shelter Lisbon with energy, heart and personality to create a positive, team-focused environment.
• Observe overall property performance and balance guest satisfaction with business results.
• Be present on the floor, close to guests and teams, and roll up sleeves when needed.
• Represent the property in the city and build relationships with guests and partners.
