Job summary

Wilde Lisbon is seeking an Assistant General Manager to shape the guest experience and drive performance across the property. You will gain exposure to every aspect of the business, taking on increasing responsibility for commercial results, financial performance, people leadership, guest satisfaction and operational excellence, while developing the skills to lead a property of your own.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a complex hotel/aparthotel or guest-led operation.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Proficiency with hotel systems and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own guest experience performance and ensure consistently high standards across the property.
• Drive revenue, profitability, payroll, productivity and cost targets with defined ownership areas.
• Lead recruitment, performance management and succession planning for department heads.
• Identify and address guest issues and drive continuous improvement across operations.
