Job summary

Wilde Lisbon is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive guest experience and financial performance across the property. As AGM, you'll work across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B, gaining exposure to every aspect of the business.

You will lead with accountability, build high-performing teams, partner with central and local teams, and contribute to succession planning for future General Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a complex hotel or aparthotel operation.
• Experience in a lifestyle asset blending guest and locals alike.
• Proven leadership across multiple departments: F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience using performance data to identify issues and improve results.
• Proficiency in hotel systems such as Opera PMS, Snapfix, ReviewPro and OTA extranets.
• Strong people leadership and development of leaders.
• Ability to collaborate across property and central teams.
• Lean methodology understanding and continuous improvement mindset.
• Flexibility to support operations as required.

Responsibilities

• Own guest experience performance with consistently high standards across the property.
• Use guest feedback, audits and metrics to identify issues and drive improvement.
• Ensure Heads of Department understand budgets, targets and accountability.
• Address underlying guest issues and build lasting solutions.
• Create a culture where teams are empowered to improve guest experience.
