Corecruitment is seeking a General Manager for a major international experiences group to lead a landmark visitor destination in Portugal. This role oversees operational, commercial and strategic performance, guiding a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years leading complex leisure or cultural operations, with strong P&L, stakeholder engagement, and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and evolve the long-term strategy for the destination
• Partner with CEO and Board on growth, positioning and investment priorities
• Drive commercial performance across all revenue streams
• Develop experiences and programming to grow visitation, engagement and spend
• Ensure high operational standards across all guest-facing areas
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management
• Manage operations through seasonal peaks and major events
• Lead and develop a senior multidisciplinary leadership team
• Maintain strong financial and operational visibility across the business
• Oversee safety, maintenance and overall site standards
